Data privacy is a very important topic for Cliivo. As we run our communication and marketing campaigns, we need to collect some of your personal data. In addition, when interacting with you through our websites, applications and digital services, we may also record some of your personal information so we can personalize and deliver relevant content.

At Cliivo, we implement good practices in terms of security and protection of personal data, promoting actions and improving systems to effectively protect all of the data the Client provides to us.
2. Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Within the scope of this Privacy Policy, the parties responsible for processing your personal data are:
- Netopolis, Sociedade de Representaciones, Lda., headquartered at Rua Soeiro Pereira Gomes, Lote 1, 8C, in Lisbon, with tax ID 502 775 912, owner of the Cliivo brand;
- Any other company in the Netopolis group, or any subcontractor it engages, in connection with the services we provide.
3. What personal data do we collect?
We collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number and address details, including country, city and access region; professional profile data, including job title, company name and industry, number of employees, academic background and length of professional experience; marketing preferences, and other items, through form submissions. We may also request additional information through direct contact, email or phone.
We also store information about all interactions with our support, sales, marketing and administrative teams, through the various channels available.
4. What information do we collect from website browsing?

We ensure the security of your personal data by implementing several security, technical and procedural measures designed to protect personal data against transfer, loss, misuse, alteration, processing or unauthorized access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing.
7. Where and for how long do we store the data?
The data storage period varies according to the purpose for which the information is collected and processed. Where no specific legal obligation applies, the data will be stored and retained for five (5) years after collection, on a secure server with restricted access.
This data may be stored on third-party sales or marketing platforms; we ensure that they comply with national and European data-processing standards.
We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or below the applicable age limit.

In accordance with applicable law, data subjects may, at any time, request access to their personal data, as well as its rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, and the portability of their data, by registered letter sent to:
